How can I receive support for my organization? -

If you are employed or volunteer with a committed no-kill pet rescue, shelter, or organization, please fill out the partner form. Applications are reviewed and a follow up meeting (virtual or in-person) will be conducted within 30 days. Not all applications will be approved, as our support depends on current funding. Please allow 30 days to receive a response on your application after an interview is conducted.

How are pet rescues, organizations, shelters selected to receive food?+

Please know that we receive more applications than we can currently fund. There are so many amazing rescues, and our hope is to be able to help as many as we possibly can. Selection is based on several factors, including but not limited to the following: number of dogs and/or cats in care, number of monthly adoptions, current operating budget, board participation and support, brands of dog and cat food needed, and many more factors.

I do not work for a pet rescue, organization, or shelter, can I still receive free pet food?+

Currently we are working directly with organizations, shelters, and rescues only. If you are currently fostering a pet(s), and the organization is not yet a partner, encourage the rescue, shelter, or organization to apply.

How often do you provide food to the selected rescues?+

Each rescue we partner with has different needs. Some rescues receive weekly shipments, while other receive monthly or quarterly. Support is also dependent on funding received in each area.

Say I live in Dallas and want to support rescues and organizations in my region. How does that work?+

Funding is marked for the state it is received in unless a donor specifies otherwise. For example, if you live in Miami and contribute, your gift will go to support the rescue(s) we work with in the state of Florida.

I am an individual looking for help feeding my pet(s), where can I go?+

We recommend you contact your local food banks for assistance as they often have food for both people and pets they can provide.
